This single storey detached Cottage has been converted to a high standard and resides within 60 acres of woodland and fields with abundant wildlife and is accessed via a mile long track. The location makes an ideal base for fishing (with access to carp ponds) and walking within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.   There is Groombridge Place Gardens and the Enchanted Forest 5 miles away and the Bluebell Railway just 7 miles away.  There is a shop and pub about a mile away from the property.
