Eatonden Manor Farm has two cottages The Hay Barn that sleeps 5 and The Apple Press, which sleeps 4.  The cottages are set within 50 acres of rolling fields and woodlands near the village of Wadhurst, East Sussex.

The Hay Barn is set over two floors with a double bedroom, twin bedroom with additional single sized day bed to fit three and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower.  The ground floor has a large, well-equipped kitchen and living room with a wood burner and double French doors leading to the private terrace and garden and has its own parking.

The Apple Press arranged over the ground floor with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a family bathroom (bath with shower) and an open plan kitchen and living area with wood burner.  Outside is a private garden, terrace, BBQ and fire pit.
