Alfriston Wood Cabins exterior shot with bike

About

Nestled in woodland within the South Downs National Park, two architecturally designed oak framed holiday let cabins within a stones throw of the historic and beautiful village of Alfriston, East Sussex.

Explore and let your adventure start here!

Both Badgers Rest and Foxes Hollow (with its own wood fired hot tub) each have full facilities, with a mezzanine double bed, and also a double sofa bed downstairs. There is plenty of open space outside and we are within the South Downs National Park with views over the River Cuckmere. Hire our bikes to cycle, or drive the short trip past Friston Forest to Cuckmere Haven and its wonderful coastline.

From April to the end of September alongside any of our woodland cabins you can also hire our Tentsile tree tent to enjoy the great outdoors and surroundings for your stay or just for the night. A great experience with the children or for some time to yourself.

Our new oak shepherds hut Robins Retreat sleeps two and is nestled in the orchard for romantic nights away, or an opportunity to simply detox from all the electronic devices.
