About

Gun Brewery, Taproom & Shop, can be found on Gun Hill, in the heart of the East Sussex Countryside.
Founded in 2015, our aim is simple; Inspired by brewing styles old and new, to make great beer, using the best ingredients.

All our beers are brewed using our own spring water, drawn from deep below the organically farmed land. Most are vegan and many are also gluten free.

Our Taproom is open from Thursday - Sunday every week and on Bank Holiday Mondays.

As well as our beers in can, bottle, growler & mini keg to take away, here you will find 12 Keg and 4 cask lines serving brewery fresh beer. These are complimented by a carefully curated list of wines and soft drinks.
To keep you fed, as well as watered, we offer an ever changing roster of Sussex’s finest street food.  Visit our website for details of what's coming up.

We look forward to welcoming you!
