Zephyr Wildman will lead vinyasa yoga flow each morning, and breath work with Charlie Polizzi in the evening will focus on grounding practices. Nourish your body, mind and soul with delicious food and mindful activities against the calming backdrop of the Sussex countryside.

New for this year will be a healing sound session with Ginevra Jolie and her crystal singing bowls. You will emerge renewed, empowered and ready to embrace life’s ever-changing landscape.

Each day will start with breakfast, followed by a guided walk, exploring the beautiful and diverse landscape of the South Downs and The Cuckmere Valley. You will need good walking boots/shoes and possibly wet weather gear as we plan to walk come rain or shine across varied, and sometimes quite steep, terrain.
